上海市商标品牌协会的前身为上海市商标协会，成立于1995年。该协会引导会员加强商标品牌行为的自律管理，促进商标品牌事业健康、有序发展。

Shanghai Trademark Association was founded in 1995. It guides the members to reinforce the management of using the trademark and promote the healthy development of the trademark business.
